Registration
Please register at the following registration form by 17:00, Friday, 25 October 2024. Non-members (including those who have not participated in the previous symposium for more than 4 years) are requested to apply for membership (no membership fee) through the “Registration for the First Symposium” page on INANOT (the The Institute of NANO Testing) website. If you are already a member, please log in and pay the registration fee.

Handouts will be arranged in order of registration number at the registration desk on the day of the symposium, so please confirm your registration number in the e-mail you received upon registration. Please note that only advance registration will be accepted for this event. Please be sure to register in advance. All speakers and commercial exhibition participants are also required to complete the registration procedures.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted by e-mail. If canceled by 25 October 2024, the amount after subtracting the handling fee will be refunded. No refund will be given to registrants who cancel after 25 October 2024 or can not participate in the event.
Invoice and Receipt
Upon registration, you will be able to issue a PDF invoice with your imprint on the member’s My Page on INANOT web. If you have difficulty in accounting with the online invoice, please contact the secretariat. When payment is made by the due date and payment has been confirmed, a PDF receipt can be issued from the member’s My Page on the INANOT website.
Accommodation
There is Senri Hankyu Hotel around the symposium site. The hotel is located close to the symposium site. You can go to the symposium site from the hotel by 5 minutes walk. If you want to stay at Senri Hankyu Hotel, please visit the hotel’s web site and book a room. Please keep in mind that the reservation will be closed in the case all available rooms are booked.
