Dismantle (Move-Out)

Exhibitors should dismantle their equipment or booth until 16:00 on Thursday, 14 November 2024.

Booth Configuration and Regulation

A flat-top desk (W×D×H: 180cm×60cm×70cm) is prepared for each booth. There are no wall behind the desk. If you want to exhibit posters, panels, or any other sheet materials, either of the following methods should be used:

  • Prepare a stand or a tripod that can hold the panel,
  • Use poster boards (W×D: 90cm×210cm) on which use of nails and tapes are permitted (a pay option).

If you want to use poster boards (a pay option), pleas modify the exhibition information (access URL is shown in emails from symposium secretariat) before 18 October 2024.

Electric Power

Available electric power supplies are:

  • 100V single phase, 2-slot receptacles (NEMA 1-15R): max 1500W per one receptacle,
  • 100V single phase, 3-slot receptacles (NEMA 5-15R): max 1500W per one receptacle.

When any other voltages are required, please prepare an AC-to-AC converter. The total electric-power capacity in the exhibition room is 32kW. In the case where the total electric-power consumption exceeds the capacity, the exhibitors who use electric power are asked for additional charges of electric wiring.
